Job Description

Operators continuously monitor their equipment and tools, cleaning equipment regularly and performing Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments. . Summarize, collect and analyze call center trends and data for regular performance reports. Oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation
Responsibilities:
Accomplishes call center human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing
Salary-17,000/- to 65,000/-
Age-18 Years

Skills-Customer service experience preferred.
Motivated self-starter.
Excellent verbal communication skills
