About the Role:
We are seeking young, bright, and passionate candidates with 1-3 years of experience for the position of Associate Expert Advocacy Team. As an Expert Advocacy Associate, you are expected to have an in-depth understanding of our business processes and utilize that knowledge to provide outstanding customer experience and best-in-class service support. An ideal candidate is a street-smart, outgoing professional having exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Address expert/customer inquiries and concerns by providing friendly, professional and efficient support via emails/social media
- Stay up to date with process and product changes
- Manage/optimize self-service platforms like Chatbot, knowledge base to reduce the number of queries
- Investigate customer issues, and recommend tweaks in internal processes if needed
- Work closely with the business stakeholders to capture and report customer VOC
- Be an advocate of Chegg on social media platforms
- Address customer inquiries and concerns by providing friendly, professional and efficient support via emails or calls (if required) to ensure all issues are addressed quickly
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream
- 1-3 years of experience in the similar field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
- Reporting & presentation
- Working Experience in ticketing tools like Zoho desk, zen desk, fresh desk or Sales force etc
- Experience in query handling on Social Media
Good to have skills:
- Zoho Analytics
- Chatbot experience
- CRM experience
