Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking young, bright, and passionate candidates with 1-3 years of experience for the position of Associate Expert Advocacy Team. As an Expert Advocacy Associate, you are expected to have an in-depth understanding of our business processes and utilize that knowledge to provide outstanding customer experience and best-in-class service support. An ideal candidate is a street-smart, outgoing professional having exceptional problem-solving abilities.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Address expert/customer inquiries and concerns by providing friendly, professional and efficient support via emails/social media
  • Stay up to date with process and product changes
  • Manage/optimize self-service platforms like Chatbot, knowledge base to reduce the number of queries
  • Investigate customer issues, and recommend tweaks in internal processes if needed
  • Work closely with the business stakeholders to capture and report customer VOC
  • Be an advocate of Chegg on social media platforms
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns by providing friendly, professional and efficient support via emails or calls (if required) to ensure all issues are addressed quickly

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • 1-3 years of experience in the similar field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Reporting & presentation
  • Working Experience in ticketing tools like Zoho desk, zen desk, fresh desk or Sales force etc
  • Experience in query handling on Social Media

Good to have skills:

  • Zoho Analytics
  • Chatbot experience
  • CRM experience
