• Sales executive to Cluster manager- can pay 3 to 9 lacs

JD:

Agency: min 4yrs of exp / currently working in Agency channel

• Recruitment & Licensing of Agents
• Achieving Top line & Bottom-line for the channel
• Achieving Line wise budgets
• Training & Hand holding of agents to develop the portfolio
• Design local campaigns to improve productivity and align to organizational requirements
• Conduct periodic structure meetings to assess development & plan future course of action
