Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated CIO (Chief Information Officer) to supervise the use of Information Technology (IT) in our company. A successful CIO should have in-depth knowledge of the current and up-and-coming trends in the IT field. To be successful, you will be highly-analytical, professional, and possess excellent organizational skills. The chosen candidate will help store, evaluate and apply data strategies to our daily An excellent CIO must have a solid IT background and consistently keep up-to-date with advancements of the field, they must have every quality of a leader and a strong strategic and business acumen. The goal is to ensure that information technology adds the maximum value to our company so as to facilitate the success of our business, operations to improve company development.
- Setting objectives and strategies for the IT department
- Software Architects design and develop software systems and applications. They may create software tailored to a clients specific needs or create products geared for consumers, such as games or desktop applications. They act as high-level decision makers in the process, determining everything from design choices to technical standards, such as platforms and coding standards.
- Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
- Designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience

- Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization
- Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers
- Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance

- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage
- Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions

- Collaborate with other C-Suite officers and department heads to shape interdepartmental IT policy.
- Track, optimize and enforce short-term and long-term computer and information systems budgets.
- Keep current with emerging IT trends, competitors' tech footing, and the day's dominant technologies.

- Superior soft skills (a.k.a. interpersonal communication skills) - such as negotiation, presentation,
verbal & written communication, relationship building and team development - is central to one's success as CIO.
Requirement :
Bachelors or Master Degree in computer science, or IT ,engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years experience in information technology and data management.
Good understanding of Software architect , modern databases and information system technologies.
