Job Description
Objective: To handle Customer Experience of Delivery and raise an alarm on non-delivery. Would assist the Delivery Ops of different Business Unit.
Job Role:
Responsible for monitoring the Fulfilment journey of the Delivery Orders
Responsible to manage the customer experience concerns and ensure those are provided with solution with SLA timeframe of delivery
Escalate, raise an alarm to correct Business Unit for Fulfilment
Responsible & accountable for delivering operation effectiveness & excellence
Constantly work on creating enthusiasm in the team to ensure the best Customer experience is always given to customers.
Submit reports/MIS to management and suggest new ideas and strategies towards achieving consistent operational excellence.

Skill Set:
Experience in handling outbound & inbound processes Calls, Mail management, chat management
Excellent business process understanding & Training Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people across functions
Ability to maintain calm under pressure, challenge status quo & work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Work Week: 6 days working per week
Shift Timings: Rotational
