ESAB is hiring Project Manager for their Global R&D function.

Title - Project Manager

Location - Irungattukottai, Sriperumbudur

Vacancy - 1

Qualification :

• 10 years of overall experience, within which at least 5 years into project management.
• Exposure to Waterfall, Agile, Jira, Scrum tools for project implementation in NPD environment.
• Bachelors /Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Well versed with a complete product development life cycle, including all cross functions such as manufacturing, quality, sourcing , after market, and Product management
• Leadership in project management / product development / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)/Partner management /stakeholder communication& management

Position Summary:-

• To manage delivery of new products or update of the existing products at optimum cost, time and quality following APD (Accelerated Product development) model.
• Responsible for managing product development process and the Jira-scrum process within the local and global teams.
• Coaches the Team on Stage gate Model/ Agile Principles and ensures accountability.
• Leads project teams, risk management, complexity management and milestone deliverables focusing cost, quality and time

• Work with cross functional teams, internally and across the globe.
• Ability to work and deliver under tight schedules.
• Open to dynamic work challenges, as per the business needs.
• Clear communication skills, which drive the teams on a single go.
