Make Outbound calls, as required
Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
Follow-up-with customers accordingly
Must be able to clarify about the product to the customer
Customer handling skills should be must.
Excellent communication skills and customer service focused.
Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Freshers and experienced both can apply.
