Job Description

• Possessing Key Expertise in Tooling Development, Part Developments for automobile parts with APQP, PPAP approval for New Product.
  
• Exposure of development of tooling for sand casting parts.
  
• Experience of correct methods of gating riser etc.
  
• Responsible for New Development of all types of child parts in Casting.
  
• Capable to select new casting suppliers for casting parts.
  
• Capable to develop new casing products in sand casting and investment casting.
  
• Capable to check the quality of the casing in terms of dimensional quality.
  
• Should have basic Design Knowledge.
  
• Should have good communication both oral and written to address to supplier queries in a professional way.
  
• Candidate must have knowledge about Graded Casting, SG Iron/ CI in regards to metallurgy.
  
• Should be ready to travel for supplier meetings outstation as and when required.
  
• Should have sourcing knowledge along with good exposure to avenues for negotiating cost with vendors.
  
• Key Skills: Tooling Development, Sand Casting, gating riser, child parts
  

Qualifications: Diploma / B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical / Production)
Experience: 5 to 10 Years in development of casting parts
