Job Description

Reporting to Head Process Engineering you will be responsible for :

• Working in Process engineering on Machining Process, troubleshooting, tool costing, and fixture, Gauge & fixture validation.
  
• Preparation and handling of APQP, PPAP, Process Mapping, Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, Poke Yoke.
  
• Prototype sample manufacturing.
  
• Supplier Interaction
  

Candidate Profile:

• Auto cad/ 3D model for designing of tool/ fixture/ gauges.
  
• Auto cad and 3D Modelling (Creo/ Pro-E candidate will prefer).
  
• Awareness of Quality Tools like 7QC Tools.
  
• Good communication & interpersonal (people) skills.
  
• Working knowledge of computers (MS Office, PPT, Emails, etc.)
  
• Candidate should be from the Automobile OEM/ Auto Ancillary/ Auto components industry.
