Qualification: LLB or LLM or BA BL
Experience: 2-6 yrs Experience in Corporate or In house Professional (Practice)
Job Location: Chennai
Client: Well reputed organization in the industry
Desired Profile:

• LLB or LLM or BA.BL - Qualified Legal Professional with 2-6yrs Experience from any Corporate Law Firm or In House Practitioner or Corporate company or from Private Equity Investors/funding organization.
• Experience in Dealing with Corporate Companies and Drafting the Joint Venture Agreements and M&A, Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription agreements, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Foreign Subsidiary, Incorporation of Foreign companies, Business Transactions etc
• He also should have experience in coordinating with Legal Counsels for Corporate Litigation matters
• Advise the Management on the Pros and Cons of Litigation
• Other responsibilities depending on business need.
