Designation:Digital Recruitment Development Manager (Part-Time)

Salary 9,000 to 12,000 Fixed CTC + 5K 25K upwards monthly incentives.

Location: Mumbai, Delhi and Nashik ONLY.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work from Home part time. Daily 5 to 5 hours daily to sell Life Insurance policies.
• Recruit digital insurance sales advisors who can sell life insurance products working under you. You can hire them from your own network or contacts.
• Training and development of your insurance sales advisors digitally (Video Calling/Zoom Calling)
• Work from home role where you will generate sales from your sales advisors by selling life insurance.
• Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers requirements.
• Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
• You can do this job with your ongoing job/business too.
• Existing employees with Life Insurance companies, insurance brokers, Life Planning Officers, Wealth Managers, Financial Planners, Stock brokers or anybody can apply as a extra income opportunity.
• Assuring that the business targets are met as per goal sheet given.

Criteria Required:

• Anyone who can do part time work and sell life insurance policies.
• Good communication skills.
• Education Qualification: Graduate Any stream.
• Sales experience in Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales will be added advantage.
• Willing to do sales.
• Laptop and smart phone with active internet connection.
