Profile: Spare Parts Executive Location: Bangalore Qualification: GraduatePost Graduate Experience: 3 - 7 years. My role is to make Phillips Corporation the best supplier of manufacturing technology there will ever be, by

• Creating Quotes, Po s & Tax Invoices in D365 for Maharashtra region on a daily basis.
• Daily quotation reporting to Service Team with customer s feedback
• Order Registration & Order Acceptance (PI) to customer
• Overdue payment email followed by quotationOrder registration email to customer
• Daily Dispatch Details to customer and 100% transportation detail update in D365 (ERP)
• Daily reporting of Purchase for all over India for HAAS & EPD Division
• Issuing Credit Notes for all HFO's
• Managing Inventory records for Bangalore Warehouse, Maintain proper documentation
  of process
• Co-Ordination with Service Engineers & Service Managers for providing better
  service to the customer
• Coordinating with the Clearing agents for parts to make sure that the parts are
  received in the fastest possible time and without any damages
• Making sure that all the parts that are imported or received are checked and
  verified against the vendor (Haas) invoices and checked for correct qty and
  quality.
• Getting and recording approvals for any discounts for spare parts.
• Taking responsibility for regularizing any transactions that were necessitated
  to be done outside our inventory management system due to specific business
  requirements, at the first opportunity possible.
• Assuring all parts orders are processed and shipped to the correct customer
  the address within 24 hours thus resulting in customer satisfaction and where labor
  is involved the technicians will have the needed parts.
• Assuring RMA returns and part pickups are returned to Haas India before the
  RMA is 30 days old to assure Phillips CNC Servicing & Solutions receives all
  credit due in a timely manner
• Effectively managing consignment stock to each HFO as needed so we are always
  equipped and ready to provide the highest level of service possible for our
  customer's needs.
• Ensuring all records pertaining to the smooth functioning of the office administration is accurately maintained and ready at any given time
• Being the face of PHILLIPS MACHINE TOOLS INDIA PVT LTD and one source of contact for all the information to any caller or anyone visiting the office. Always being on the lookout for better ways in streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
• Making sure that the company s Administrative activities are managed and completed properly as per the deadlines; they leave records, uniforms distribution, mobile bills data, expense statements, etc. are executed every month on time and we are ready with all the required data at any given point.
