Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for " Sales - Trainer" For contractual role (1 year Based on performance extendable).
About the Role
Flipkart Wholesale is Flipkart Group's latest venture into the world of B2B ecommerce. This role would support the Learning and development of our front line work force across the country as we scale our operations rapidly.
Job Role
- Conduct New Hire Training for Territory Relationship Executives (FTC/FTE)
- Maintain and publish Training Reports
- Conduct Refresher trainings and new process training on a regular basis
- TNI and Content Development as necessary
- Stakeholder Management and POC for all training needs
- Supporting COE projects and deployment
Desired Candidate Profile
What would make you successful
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent delivery, organizational, and planning skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite is desirable
- Good Communication - English and local language proficiency
- Postgraduate in HR preferred
- Team management and leadership skills preferred.
Sales trainer profiles with experience in training Feet on Street sales executives or front line workforce.
