AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (HEALTH INSURANCE):
The Job Role and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Development of Personal Financial Advisor (agents interacting with customers), Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal Financial Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensing of the agents and building own team
Driving productivity of the new and vintage agents
Driving performance by implementing sales promotion for the Agent
Coaching and mentoring of the Agent
Delivering new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications 10th Pass Minimum Qualification, proficiency in MS Excel
GRADUATION MUST*
Experience:
Minimum 3 years sales experience. Handling team experience will be an added Advantage.
