The foremost duty of Chefs de cuisine is coordinating meal preparation and service activities within the kitchen.
Chefs de Partie responsibilities includes preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
The Kitchen staff is responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized.
Profile:-
1. Chef de Cuisine (Head Chef)
2. Chef de Partie (Station Chef)
3. Commis Chef (Junior Chef)
4. Food and Beverages Services/Production
5. Kitchen Staff/Helper
Salary:- $14 - $18/hour, Over Time Extra.
Food, Accommodation and Travel by Company.
All Visa Expense by Company, Later they will deduct from salary for 3 months
Your salary would be between 14$ - 18$ per hour. but for the first 3 months, you will be getting only 12$ per hour (8 hour job is compulsory) and above $12 whatever the company is offering you, that would be deducted for 3 months only.
(e.g.- if they are offering you $16 per hour then you will get only $12 for 3 months, the above $4 will be deducted per hour). For overtime, they will provide you 1.5 times of your basic salary(e.g.- if your basic salary will be $16 then for over time you will be get $24 per hour.)
Processing time is of 90-120 days.
