Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of MSEB construction & Maintaince projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
Candidate should have capacity of Handling 5-7 site Engineers & Dept. (Government) Officials
Responsibilities -
- Material quantity to be calculated by taking measurements on site & procurement
- Site working drawing /Layout to be prepared
- Labor arrangement
- Work planning with bar chart & work progress report
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting & work progress report
- Preparation Dept. bill (executed quantity) & labor billing
- Quality control
- Developing good relation with Department officers
- Getting superior quality work done from site supervisor / Engineers in stipulated time limit
- All responsibility of site handling
Requirement -
- Education - Diploma / B. E Civil
- Experience - 10 to 12 Years
- Salary - As per Ability
- Location - Kolhapur / Pune / Solapur
- Own 2 wheeler vehicle with mileage of 60 kms.
- MS Office Knowledge
- Facility - Traveling and Food Allowances
