Job Description

Required Chartered Accountant having 2-5 yrs of experience of working in a CA firm after completing CA. Should have completed CA in 2017 or 2018. Should be interested to work in a CA firm again.

CO. is location at Greater Kailash, part-1, having 35 staff and running since last 20 yrs. Interested candidate should be residing in south Delhi and can join within 15 days. 

Job responsibility:

Direct & Indirect Taxation:

- Direct Tax compliances like Computation of taxable income filing of Income Tax Returns, TDS/TCS Returns.

- Assisted in Income Tax Assessments including search & seizure proceedings.

- Preparation of Computation of Total income and Taxes thereon.

- Provided advisory to clients on various issues related to GST.

- Provide assistance to clients in filing GST Returns(GSTR-3B,GSTR-1).

- Assisted in filing of GST Refunds.

- Provided support in smooth Transition to GST.

Auditing & Assurance:

- Compilation and finalization of financials of companies as per applicable AS.

- Proper scrutinizing of books of accounts and review Trial Balance.

- Drafting audit report and reporting on matters specified in CARO 2016.

- Review statutory compliances w.r.t. provisions of Companies Act,GST, TDS etc.

- Finalization & submission of Tax Audit Report in Form No. 3CA/3CB along with details as required in Form No. 3CD.

- Assisted in conducting statutory branch audit. 

Salary: 35K to 50K

Should have knowledge and experience towards taxes, statutory Audit, Tax audit etc.

Should be ready to either join immediately or within maximum 15 days.
