1. Strong HW Design and development skillsets in the field of High-speed/RF
2. Development of high speed board design in embedded domain towards DDR, PCIe, Ethernet etc.
3. Able to prepare Schematic design, PCB Design guidelines
5. Sound domain knowledge in wireless domain
5. Expertise in Clock Synchronization Protocols/standards
6. Sound knowledge in Product Compliance/Wireless Compliance/Regulatory standards
7. Good analytical/hardware debugging skillset and ability to develop new approaches to complex design problem
