What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities :
u2022 Leads the efforts of a team of over 10 Unisys associates or contractors.u00A0 This is not a direct reporting relationship, but leading a project or solution team of developers, testers, engineers or support associates to meet critical deliverables.u00A0 May act as a SCRUM Master.
u2022 Provides analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of enterprise systems, networks or application software, as well as desktop applications.
u2022 Provides technical advice and consultation on complex, critical issues and escalations.
u2022 Defines specifications for complex operating software programming applications and modifies and maintains complex existing applications.
u2022 Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
u2022 Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
u2022 Analyzes requirements and may maintain, test and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
u2022 May assist with the evaluation of new and existing software products.
u2022 Learns project management techniques by acting as a team leader on small projects or portions of larger projects.
u2022 Develops client support plans for major projects.u00A0
u2022 Develops further depth and expertise in delivery management and may continue on the delivery management path or go on to deepen technical skills in architecture or highly specialized subject matter expertise.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications :

u2022 University degree or equivalent experience
u2022 Minimum of 8 years of experience in a broad range of application support, enterprise support or domain expertise.
