We at Infinx Healthcare are looking for Team Leader- Ops for our Andheri, Seepz facility- Mumbai

- Should be comfortable travelling to Andheri
- Should be comfortable with US Shift
- Transportation provided
- CTC- Depending on Interview
- Preferred candidates location- Mumbai only
Duties of the job
- Distribution of Workload to team members
- Provide leadership and focus to the project teams. Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects
- Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the clients specific needs and expectations"
Skills Required-
- Should have In-depth knowledge in US-Healthcare provider process
- End to end RCM Knowledge Expert in Payment posting/ Credit balance/ Charge Entry
- Should have Team leading Experience on paper
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
