Job Description
Purpose of the Role: The incumbent is responsible to handle government liasioning & statutory authority for timely execution of the network and ensuring smooth functioning of networks.
Role Description:
1) Responsible for Liaisoning with the Government agencies and other bodies for ROW (right of ways) permission
2) Responsible for Coordinating with the Government agencies and local bodies for resolving the legal prospects
3) Responsible for compliance of enacted laws for ensuring harmonious conduct of business Affairs
4) Responsible for Obtaining the permission of local government as required by the location for network expansion
5) Liason with the LCOs , Vendors & trouble shooting the issue related to network expansion.
6) Ensure Monthly presentation of MIS
7) Working closely with the acquisition team on acquiring LCO
8) Continuously developing good relation with State & Government Official for timely execution of project & smooth network functioning.
9) Play a vital role in obtaining NOCs from Statutory Authorities

- Network Expansion
2. Subscriber growth in LCO BA areas & Sign ups of LCOs as BA
3. Liasoning with Government agencies to facilitate expansion & business
4. Establish an effective communication system to keep the acquisition team informed & maintain good relationship with Government Authorities
Education
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Work Experience - Should have minimum of 4-8 years experience in Liaison with Government Officials/ Authorities for statutory approvals for projects.
- Should have experience dealing with government bodies
- Should have strong persuasion skills
- Should have strong communication skills
- Must have good understanding of legal needs
