Job Opening in a well known company as Customer Support Executive in Mumbai

An American Multinational Company dealing with Healthcare, personal care, beauty care & Nutritional products through MLM business. We are looking for a result driven professional with a minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Customer Service, Team Handling and result oriented.

Location -Mumbai (Western Side)

Position -Executive - (Customer Support)

Job Profile

1. Required to answer incoming calls professionally to provide information about products and services from customers
2. Answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information
3. Customer service specialist with people persons
4. Recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as action taken.
5. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers request/complaints.
6. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department or department head.

Requirement

1. Graduate from any discipline
2. 1-5 years of relevant experience - preferably from MLM industry.
3. Impeccable written and oral communication skills (Hindi & English)
4. Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Ability to handle pressure and team player
7. Willingness to work unsociable hours
8. Candidates from western line preferred.
