Job Description

Urgently required hardware engineer for reputed firm based at delhi ncr

Qualification: ITI Diploma in electronics

Exp: Minimum 3 years exp into component level repairing of it hardware & mobile accessories

Required Technical Skills

Good Comm.skills

Job Description:

To repair IT hardware & peripherals products like keyboard, mouse,speaker,webcam,lan cable, power supply etc.

Act the first point contact to customer.

Diagnose repair & resolve the queries of customer.

Knowledge & skills required to resolve the problem at once

Maintain good relations with customers.

Prepare & submit report to concern department
