We are a recruitment firm hiring for our client. The client is based in KalkaJi (New Delhi) seeking a programmer to join the expanding company on an immediate basis. We are seeking a full-time staff programmer (not a temporary or contract programmer). This job description is for a programmer who will be primarily responsible for maintaining/developing code.

The company specializing in Design, Development, and Integration& Implementation of Advanced & Automated Toll Collection Systems, Weigh-In-Motion System, RFID Solutions, and Traffic Data Collection Services.

Job Location: Kalkaji Industrial area (New Delhi)
Experience: 3-5 Years Mandatory
Salary Package: Up to 6LPA
Preferred location of the candidate: Within Delhi NCR

Responsibilities

 As a programmer, you will: 

• Work with the staff (e.g, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan program code enhancements and changes.
• Create, test and maintain program code.
• Create labels and reports using Crystal Reports
• Provide assistance to technical support staff when they are unable to resolve a program, SQL database, or IT issue by themselves.
• Occasionally contact customers as may be needed to clarify the intent of a new feature or resolve a problem.
• Provide general programming assistance to other programmers/projects as may be needed.

Requirements:

 The programmer must have minimum 3-5years experience with: 

• Visual Basic .NET and C Sharp, including the use of program classes and creation of DLLs
• SQL/Oracle Server databases, SQL, ADO.NET
• Windows 2000/NT Server and Windows XP/2000/98/2012
• SourceSafe, Crystal Reports
• Hardware Integration Like RFID, Printers, Camera, Smart Cards, POS modules, Payment gateways like PayTM, Fast Tag

Experience with the following is desirable but not required:

•  ASP.NET
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS Exchange
• Networking/LANs, TCP/IP protocol
• ASCX12N, NCPDP EDI record formats

The programmer should also possess the following traits:

•  Enjoy working with others in a team atmosphere
• Enjoy maintaining/enhancing code to meet changing customer/industry needs
• Have a customer-service orientation
