a) Drive sales targets through effective solution selling either directly and channels.
b) Design and engineering of solutions based on customer enquiries and specifications cost effectively and support the internal and external team on technical front
c) Work closely with Consultants, Contractors and End users to ensure that our solutions are preferred and approved for projects.
d) Review customer requirements and tender specifications and design / propose the most appropriate solutions.
e) Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
f) Perform other related duties as assigned.
g) Technical write-ups and documentation related to the solutions offered to customers.
h) Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies and / or programs in the region with necessary go to market actions
TECHNICAL SKILLS
a) Good understanding of industrial process plants and working experience on process plants with pressure, temperature and flow sensors, controllers and indicators.
b) Strong understanding on industrial communication protocols and technology like FF, HART, Serial and parallel communication etc
c) Skills in designing and integrating test systems or plant automation using multiple devices or equipment.
d) Working experience with EPC contractors or large project companies
