Job Description

  • Establish strong market dominance across the product categories marketed.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Ensure that customer base expansion is taking place -Depth & Width wise.
  • Visit buyer's shops as per coverage plan and JC. 
  • Should exercise effective control over receivables and payment history of customers with timely follow up actions and recovery measures. 
  • Keep track of retail offtake, shelf stock on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain a highly efficient and result based field force maximize the ROI on Marketing spend.
  • Ensure Product performance, Customer Care, ethical values followed are always in consonance with the brand personality, identity of the company.
  • Excellent skills in presenting complex ideas in easy format. 
  • Knowledge of markets in the target territory.  
  • Conversant with Marketing, Sales Management Processes & Systems, Social Media, Digital Marketing .
  • Conversant in using MS Office, CRM Tools.
  • Language - Multi Lingual & English. 

Required Candidate profile

We are looking for candidates with current experience in Textile/Garment distribution network with similar job titles in Chennai, Cochin, Trichy, Madurai, Hubli, Shimoga, Bengaluru, Calicut, Hyderabad, Kurnool, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada having good relationship with distributors and retailers of any ready-to-wear category with established distribution network in South India are most welcome.

Only Textile Sales Managers who are familiar with digital catalog as a primary sales tool are preferred.

Familiar in Textile sales through apps are preferred.
