Job Description:
Focal point for Key Customers for all day to day queries.
Monitor & Check MIS being sent to Customer as per frequency Fixed
Monitor Service Performance as per KPI Defined
Handle Escalations due to any disruption in service delivery process & address them until closure ( Escalation from any level at customer)
Manage updates to key stake holders in time
Conduct & share monthly business / operation review with Customer
Collect and communicate customer requirements to all necessary departments
Arrange fortnightly Review between operations & Key stake holder with Customer and discuss on weekly issues / performance with action plan
Maintenance & Regular review of Service Log File on service failure
Share Checklist of Guidelines on activity to be performed by Operations
Customer Visit Required
Salary Package: Upto 30k
