Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical skills
Must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules:
Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue, billing, monitoring, Repair project planning,
Work with on-site team members, onsite key users and managers, to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation
Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems
Responsibilities: requirement gathering, SAP Configuration, specifying interfaces, and data migration.
Customer and Business Partner management
Service Contract and Quotation processing
Experience in integration with other SAP modules
Reporting
Experience in third party Integration with SAP Service and maintenance orders
