Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Write and post job descriptions on ATS. Post jobs on local portals. Source candidates.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities based on questions provided by hiring managers
Schedule interview with hiring manager and team members
Identifies the most efficient sources for generating talent pull vs opened positions
Research and analyze new international markets and new recruiting technics, tools and sources
Process Documentation And Prepare Reports Relating To Personnel Activities (Staffing, Recruitment, Training, Grievances, Performance Evaluations Etc)
