Job Responsibilities
- Bank Transaction i.e, Cash Deposit/Withdrawl/RTGS etc.
- Day to day Voucher Transactions in IDS Software
- Billing & Follow up of Payments.
- Assist in Misc Reports (Daily Revenue Report & Outstanding Report)
- Posting Daily Voucher i.e Payment/Receipt/Journal Entries etc.
- Maintain Manual Day Book
Accounts Payable
* Cash Management
* Payment Vouchers
* Vendor Bills Preparation & Payments
* Balance sheet
* Money Count
* Banking
ADM,ASSITANT DEPRTEMT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interception
Store VM / Marketing Review
Service Recovery
Interact with customer, resolve store escalations
Daily review & follow up on pending complaints within their store
Escalate & seek Cluster Mgr support where required to resolve escalations
Self and Staff Grooming
Reviews Staff Grooming during Floor walk
Responsible for overall disciplinary standards to be maintained in the store
Reward and Recognition
Training
People Health Check
