Profile :- Accounts Executive
Location :- Navi Mumbai (APMC Market)
Experience :- min 1+yrs
CTC :- As per Company norms
Qualification :- Graduate
Knowledge of Gujrati language is preferred.
Job Description :-
- Preparing cheques & online payments NEFT, RTGS, IMPS,
- FOREIGN REMITANCE
- Process journal entries and perform accounting corrections to
- ensure accurate records
- Maintaining all financial accounting records in tally, voucher
- entries. Bank and cash entries, purchase and sales entries
- Reconciliation of data entry, excel
- E-payments of TDS VAT AND SERVICE TAX INCOME TAX
- Working of service tax , vat , tds and GST
- Maintaining c-form records and follow up with the clients
- Reconciliation of TDS with 26AS
- Preparing GSTR1 records and filing
- Reconciliation of GSTR2A with purchase register
- GST 3 B working in excel as well as in tally , making payment
- Maintaining cash transactions, payments & handling petty cash
- for daily expenses.
- Finalization of accounts with C. A
- Maintaining creditors debtors records and follow up with them.
- Maintain import records, paying import duties and follow up
- with CHA for clearance.
- Solving queries related with gst , tds returns
- Receipt & payment of brokerage , making brokerage invoices
- Maintaining all the brokerage records in tally reconciliation of
- bank statement
- Making freight invoices passing entry in tally
- Maintaining stock records
