Job Description

Job Requirments :

1. Must be fluent in speaking and writing Tamil is the primary requirement. Also, English as a secondary requirement.

2. Good understanding of mobile functionality, operating system & android version would be an added advantage.

3. B.tech in Electronics and Communication and passing year must be 2019 & 2020

Job Responsibilities : 

1. Responsible for the all module market complains (network signal, the third party, OS, stability, performance, optical effect, a hardware problem) 

2. Collect feedback through various channels (resident points,after-sales, bigdata)actively respond quickly, and promote timely improvement. 

3. Regularly perform the network identification test in resident cities & nearby towns.

4. Perform field test tasks and other assisted test tasks that require local coordination tests.
