RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the technology landscape for a client to include Desktop Hardware and Software and all kinds of Monitoring activities.
Complete responsibility of all endpoint devices including systems, PDA and smart devices.Plan and implement software rollout and operate system deployments/upgrades.
Handle implementation and management of Cloud services using Microsoft Office365 Troubleshoot all network problems to ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability of network.
Follow Change Management guidelines for authorization, implementation and documentation and work accordingly Follow up with Vendors and Service providers for Outages and incidents which require External Support.Regular monitoring of basic areas like Internet, Data Backup, Internet connectivity and critical organizational wide control points.
Working with Monitoring and Control of user identities and aspects of Identity Management including permission and access management and password policies.Identify and rectify user problems and assist user for getting problem resolved Handle Directors and senior personal for mobile and other portable devices
