Looking for freelance recruiters (work from home). - Ability to create and manage own data.

-Should have 0-6 yrs experience in handling Manufacturing and non IT requirements.
-Exp in Manufacturing hiring would be an advantage
-Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and candidate management skills.
-Good understanding of recruitment life-cycle.
-Revenue sharing basis.
-Negotiation and convincing skills.
-Good command over English and proven ability to work independently.
