Agency Development Manager

Position Purpose: Assist in implementing the sales strategy of the organization by developing and
managing the agency network.
Reporting to BM/Territory Managers
Span of Control 25-40 Agents ( commission based )
Specific Responsibilities Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and
penetration through market segmentation. Seek new
customers and increase sales
Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents
- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the
respective region
Train and motivate advisors to provide a better
understanding of market/products
Monitor and review agents performance. Help them
achieve maximum business
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving
standards
Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group/Micro Finance
Institution/NGOs etc.

Experience Minimum 1 year of Field sales experience (BFSI &&
Insurance Sector Preferred).

Candidate should be minimum 1 year of any Field Sales/ Direct Sales Experience from Financial background NOT Retail/Store sales or Back office Candidate should be Interested for Field & Insurance sales only NOT Back office, Backend or Retail Candidates should be minimum Graduate- Mandatory. Candidate should have Two Wheeler & Smartphone- Mandatory.

Qualification Min Graduate.
Salary (CTC) - INR 180,000 - 240,000 PA
