Job Description

       1. To get the openings from HO

2. Selection of right candidates 

3. Shortlisting the candidate 

4. Line up the Candidate for round of the interview 
5. Follow the candidate till he joins and be in touch till he complete the free replacement period
6. Update the MIS / LINE-UP Book and Daily report

PAY OUT STRUCTURES

*It will be on Profit sharing base.

*NO ANY FIX SALARY / PACKAGE / REMUNERATION would be there.

*Working hours is flexible as per Freelancer convenience but at least 2-4 hours is required in a day to generate the result.

*Training would be provided to shortlisted candidates.
