Job Description

Position: Manager Marketing 

Location: Santa Cruz Mumbai (No outstation candidates required)

Reporting to: Sr. Manager / National Manager / Chief Marketing Officer

Specific Responsibilities:

• Developing internal and external campaigns to maintain brand consistency
• End to end distributor, customer and employee communication planning and execution
• Mapping distributor lifecycle and strategizing communication to improve engagement levels
• Support to all the Sales Channels for Branding of BTL and ATL Activities with tracking effectiveness of campaigns and ideating new initiatives
• Creation and execution of Product communication for internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in managing social media and customer engagement strategy for the company
• Manage and support all marketing related activities
• Adherence of regulatory mandates and follow compliance procedure
• Vendor management and maintaining budgets

Eligibility:

• Post Graduate from reputed institute/ MBA in Marketing preferred
• Understanding of Financial Products or Inusrance domain
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to execute campaigns with speed, accuracy and efficiency
• Overall 4-5 Years
• Digital Marketing knowledge preferred

CTC: Upto 10 - 15 LACS P.A. depending on current CTC/experience  + Variables + Bonuses
