Job title:Audit Executive Centre of Excellence & Analytics

Grade: Deputy Manager / Manager

Job Description:

• Understand the Internal Audit environment to determine the size and complexity of the processes systems, quality and data analysis requirements
• Developing new analytical reports as per requirements of audit teams: Audit teams come across new requirements/ adhoc reports related to specific audit assignments underway.
• Management of ongoing support to Auditors: There are several reports already developed, which need to be executed at the time of individual audit assignments, for facilitating branch and other audits. Developing Adhoc reports basis the scope of audit.
• Dashboard preparation, Presentation & Analysis for Senior Management using data analytical tools like SAS / Tableau / IDEA / etc.
• New initiatives: in consultation with the respective audxit teams, identifies the opportunities for application of analytical tools across various business groups. For this purpose, the team will engage with the respective audit domains in identifying project opportunities and exploring feasibility of implementation.
• Automation of recurring/regular reports / data indents.
• Co-ordinating with Information Technology Group: Co-ordinating with Information Technology Group for understanding the availability of data with the required fields from respective reporting server.
• Candidate with experience in Understanding of programming techniques and advanced functionalities of excel will be an additional advantage.

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Educational Qualification:Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Engineer

Candidate Profile:

• Have hands on experience on automation of triggers/ exception using SAS / Tableau and any other analytical tools.
• Have basic proficiency in Data Transformation using analytical tools / languages like Python / SAS / etc.
• Relevant experience in Banking/IT/Fintech of conducting Analytics
• Experience and interest in AWS is a plus
• Strong analytical skills including advanced MS office skills
• Familiarity with Core Banking System will be an added advantage
• Excellent Analytical and Presentation skills
• Effective Time Management - Ability to multitask / handle Adhoc tasks up and over given responsibilities
• Eye for detail, flair for creativity & innovation
• Knowledge of current industry trends, technological & regulatory developments
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
• Strong interpersonal negotiation skills and professional communication skills
• Ability to lead teams (on roll / off roll staff) and execute projects / tasks assigned in a time bound manne
