Urgent multiple vacancies for Technical support role (Software Specialist)

Job Shift: US Shift Time (Pickup/Drop Cab facility available)
Job Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad ( Temporarily work remotely due to COVID-19)

Job Functions /Responsibilities:

• Manage daily interaction with US based clients/Healthcare Providers
• Find technical resolutions on issues, glitches or queries related to unknown or new scenarios
• Meet cases resolution SLA"s
• Work with cross-functional teams as and when required to get aid in resolving technical issues.
• Keep up to date with all eCW products and their enhancements
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level
• Other duties as assigned

Position Prerequisites:

• Fluency in English Communication (Written & Verbal Both)
• Fresher/1+ years exp. in tech-support with good knowledge in SQL, JAVA & Networking concepts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Telephone etiquette

Skills/Knowledge Required:

• MySQL, MSSQL, Tomcat
• SQL Queries and Syntax
• Basics of Network Concepts (VPN, Telnet, Ping, Protocols, etc)
• Knowledge of Java/CoreJava or C++ (OOPs Concepts)
• Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs
• Understanding of 3 -Tier / N-Tier Architecture
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2005, 2008

Educational Requirement: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or IT
