Solution Manager - Small & Medium @ ICICI Bank

Job Description

You get an opportunity to source new SME clients for the Bank, set up their credit limits and nurture their portfolio through wide financial offerings. Your role involves managing relationships with senior management of corporate clients and service their working capital, term loan, supply chain finance, cash management, trade, current account, forex and treasury research requirements. This calls for a strong understanding of the client persona and grasp on the latest market and economic developments. You are expected to maximize the wallet share of ICICI Bank in the client portfolio. Being a trusted banker of choice for the client requires you to service client needs across the financial spectrum. Hence, it is imperative to offer solutions across products and services to best suit the client''s requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• OPERATING INCOME: Through Asset NII, Fee,Liability Income and Cross-Sell
• CREDIT ASSESSMENT: Complete financialassessment of clients requiring a credit line
• SYNERGY: Synergy deepening throughactivation of branches
• BOOK GROWTH: Both Fund based and Non-Fundbased
• AUDIT & COMPLIANCE: Adhere tolaid-down norms and close customer escalations within defined timelines

Few Success Factors

• Strong understanding of the economy,market forces and their inter-connections
• Ability to comprehend and understandfinancial statements, balance sheet and overall financial health of the client
• Up-to-date knowledge of developments inthe MSME sector and related regulations
• Collaboration with internal and externalstakeholders to service client requirements

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduatewith 10 to 13 years of work experience.
• Fulltime MBA with 09 to 12 years of work experience.
