Job Description

Find below JD for Area Sales Manager

1. This is pure sales profile. We need hard core sales profiles working in agency model having successful track record in building an agency/ or a channel.

2. The person should have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales in Life Insurance.

3. He should be able to handle Prime Partners on daily basis.

4. He should be able to manage their businesses, help them in recruitment of new team members, handholding of team, activation.

5. He should be excellent in Training & Development.

6. Open for travel almost 20 to 25 days in a month.

7. He will manage 5 to 6 Prime Partners located in different nearby locations.

8. He will be responsible for mind-set change of the agents & their team members over a period of time.
