Job Description
Conduct in-depth testing of telecommunications and networking products and services specializing in Routing and/or Wireless technologies. Deliver on multiple customer engagements either in-house or at customer site, helping customer with networking test methodologies, configuration, create custom test scripts, generate thorough final report. This position is based in Bengaluru and may require frequent travel when transportation infrastructure opens up again.
Responsibilities
- Support customer evaluations
- Provide technical sizing/configuration advice to Sales Managers
- Provide installation support & train customer as required
- Drive customer issues to resolution
- Provide on-field support to customers
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a pre-sales SE for a telecom / network equipment vendor
- Experience crafting/building data centers and IP/MPLS backbone networks.
- CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued)
- Bachelors degree. in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
