Key Performance Indicator
-- Make calls on prime data and generate leads for Relationship Manager
-- Responsible for all telemarketing initiatives for the New sales Equity, Demat MF & Insurance for
enhancement sales business
-- Service and generate leads & follow-ups with customers.
-- Explaining customers about the product their offer & benefits.
Selection Criteria:
- Good communication (verbal and written) and telephonic presentation skills
- Ability to speak in local language and English
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of Stock market
- Min 2-3 Yrs experiences in Tele - Calling.
- Understanding of local market and captive client base
- Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office
- Graduate from recognized university or college
