Key Performance Indicator

-- Make calls on prime data and generate leads for Relationship Manager

-- Responsible for all telemarketing initiatives for the New sales Equity, Demat MF & Insurance for
enhancement sales business

-- Service and generate leads & follow-ups with customers.

-- Explaining customers about the product their offer & benefits.

Selection Criteria:

• Good communication (verbal and written) and telephonic presentation skills
• Ability to speak in local language and English
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of Stock market
• Min 2-3 Yrs experiences in Tele - Calling.
• Understanding of local market and captive client base
• Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office
• Graduate from recognized university or college
