Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
Meet and Pitch Rupeeks offerings to potential customers
Build trust by handling customer objections
Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
Share local insights from the field to the central team
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1.5 YYears experience required in Field Sales
Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills
Hunger- Check family dependency and past Incentive earnings
Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
Basic mathematic calculations
