Description

As a Solutions Architect, you will partner with customers, account managers, business development, engineering, and product teams to craft scalable, flexible and resilient architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of our new services. In collaboration with sales, you will drive revenue growth across a broad set of customers. As a trusted customer advocate, the Solutions Architect will help organizations understand best practices around platform integration.

The ideal candidate will provide continuous consulting throughout the integration project life cycle, starting with supporting pre-sales activities and extending until the successful launch on the platform. In addition, the candidate will also interface with internal technical and business teams around the globe and contribute to significant platform changes and improvements such as roll outs of new programs or scoping of new project initiatives.

Requirements

• You will work with the client s business and technical staff to analyze and understand their business processes and workflows, define requirements and design appropriate solutions.

• You will gather requirements and help us build the tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which clients onboard with us.

• You will manage the overall technical relationship between Builder.ai and our customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency to accelerate their challenging, mission-critical projects.

• You will assist the clients during their launch process.

• You will troubleshoot roll-out issues and help clients work through on-boarding.

• Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to right level conversations

• Experience migrating or transforming customer solutions to the cloud

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support

• Certified Solutions Architect( AWS / Azure)
