Job Description:

1. Good Knowledge in Bank / NBFC Retail Finance products Loan Against Property / Housing loan, etc.
2. Supervising Team of Tele callers in all respects.
3. Co ordinating with Management on daily basis.
4. Handling high amount cases giving personal attention for closure.
5. Preparing Database from Internet & Public Domains and distributing amongst Tele callers, for calling.
6. Core Marketing Profile & Should go to Market and source files of Loan Against Property / Housing Loan
7. Calling the prospective borrowers for Appointments, from the given database.
8. Should be conversant with Outlook / G Mail etc.
9. Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi & Tamil (Very important)
10. Good Knowledge of local Companies and Small & Medium Enterprises.
11. Having relevant good contacts of SME Entrepreneurs, CFOs, MDs / CAs network in Chennai.
