Software Engineer Senior (G1) - Pune - Tsys

Job Description

Responsibility I:

Must involve in Development activities, user interfaces & also involve in Request fulfillment. Flexible enough to learn new technologies, work in odd hours when required.

Responsibility II:

Must involve in identifying the project/process improvement areas & provide ideas to enhance the system.

Responsibility III:

When needed must involve in Design and development of an applications in Java/ Python/Groovy & other Google cloud components (Development knowledge)

Responsibility IV: 

Must involve in Managing and deploying code to Google cloud (DevOps knowledge).

Responsibility V:

Must be involved in preparing different kinds of Reports, trackers & present it with the management

Responsibility VI:

Must be involved in handling the team, Goal setting, helps team members when needed, flexible enough to stretch when needed. Must act as POC for management

What are we looking for?

Technical Skillset I:

A)Working knowledge on Java, Python, UNIX Scripting, SQL Bigdata,

B) knowledge on Airflow/Ctrl-M/Cloud Composer

Technical Skillset II: 

Must have 2 years of working knowledge on GCP (Google Cloud) components (Compute, Storage & Networking)

Technical Skillset III: Working knowledge on any one of the scheduling tool Airflow/Ctrl-M/Cloud Composer

DMExpress, DataProc, Cloud SQL, Pub Sub, Groovy

B.E. B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech (Regular).

A strong understanding of distributed systems and strong experience using open source framework to build applications is strongly desired.

6-9 years of Industry experience.

Preferable 2 years of GCP work experience

Excellent communication Skills is required
