Toolroom Engineer/ Sr. Engineer ( Assembly/) @ Trinity Touch

Job Description

• Responsible for mold maintenance, new mold manufacturing independently.
• Troubleshooting mold problems.
• Responsible for mold assembly.
• Understand and follow safety working with machines and safely handling heavy tools.
• Should possess hands on experience and knowledge of working conventional tool room machine.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings, mold/ die design material specs.
• Good knowledge of CNC Process of Toolroom - EDM, VMC, Wirecut.
• Knowledge of CAD software and MS office added advantage.
• Maintain tool room documents and 5S.
• Ability to check Die/ Mold parts hands on measuring instruments Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Hieght gauge.
• Should possess basic knowledge of Plastic Moulding
• Can visit vendors to get job done, able to effectively communicate Vendor.

Qualification: Diploma ITI Tool and Die making/ mechanical/ CIPET/ TRTC/ NTTF/ CITD

Experience: 4-8 yrs
