Job Description

Qualifications : Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor s or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.

Job Requirements:

• Very good work experience in the area of Software Testing (Manual and Automation).
• Well acquainted with all phases of SDLC, STLC and Agile Process.
• Working closely with the team (Onshore and offshore).
• Good debugging and root cause analysis skills.
• Involved in Defect review meetings with the development team.
• Involved in providing project estimation and POC s.
• Well versed in Test Planning, Test Case Design, Defect management.
• Experience in preparation of test execution status reports and defect reports.
• Quickly adaptable to new environments and to new technologies.
• Working with strict deadlines and delivering the projects to the respective team.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare domain is added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate issues and provide analysis
• Defect and trend tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Use of QA methodology, processes, manual and automated testing tools
• Quality plan analysis
• Testing efforts may include: unit, system, manual, black box, white box, automated, load, end-to-end and other testing

Job Related Knowledge Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent in time management.

Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
