QA Analyst / Software Tester - Noida - Dream @ Dream Steps

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Write efficient test plans and test cases that exercise all logic paths.
• Good Knowledge of Manual testing ,automation testing also known Selenium ,RPT SoapUI.
• Experience for retesting ,Bug reporting ,HTML ,CSS ,DataDriven ,Smoke testing , Sanity testing.
• Use testing tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing environment.
• Coordinate test execution.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Document and disseminate test results
• Analyze results and improve future testing iterations
• To operate effective QA procedures.
• To provide guidance and support to facilitate the fair operation of the system.
• Understand the functionality of the application before starting the testing.
• Prepare test cases for each and every test scenario that is being identified in previous meetings.
• Should knowledge of Performance testing ,Load testing ,SQL ,integration testing ,Ad-hoc testing ,Regression testing ,Mobile application testing (IOS,ANDROID)
• Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables ensures the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-3 years of experience as a Software Tester
• Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI
• Testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and
• others.
• Experience with coding using JAVA, HTML5, DB2, XML
• Experience with web security technology
• Experience with software QA tools and processes
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills
